TIMINGS
• 8:00–8:30PM: Doors open - arrive, settle in, say your hellos
• 8:30–10:00PM: Curated games and prompts to spark connection
• 10:00–11:00PM: Open time to connect, relax and see where the night takes you
ACCESS & INCLUSION
The event will take place at The Southbank Centre in Bedminster, which is on the ground floor and fully accessible for wheelchair users.
There will be games and activities that may include invitations for light physical touch - please always get verbal or non-verbal consent before touching anyone. This is an acceptance-led space: no discrimination on the grounds of race, sexuality, gender, disability or age will be tolerated.
Covid care: Please don’t attend if you have symptoms on the day. Mask wearing is welcome.
